Meet Jenny and Katherine, two students in our vocational education program. Through hands-on training in beauty and hairdressing, they’ve gained the skills and confidence to pursue their dream of opening their own businesses—turning hope into a future filled with purpose.

MEETING BASIC NEEDS THROUGH SERVING THE COMMUNITY
At Honduras Compassion Partners, we believe that lasting transformation begins with meeting people right where they are. In communities across La Paz, families face daily challenges—lack of clean water, unsafe housing, limited access to education, and food insecurity.
CLEAN WATER & SANITATION
In La Paz, Honduras, many families lack access to a clean and reliable water source, putting their well-being at risk.
In 2024, we installed 76 water filters, 47 pilas (water storage), 47 latrines (toilets) in the neighborhoods of La Paz.
SAFE HOUSING
In La Paz, many families live in makeshift shelters of tarps and scrap metal, with dirt floors beneath them. In 2024, we built 12 secure homes, providing safety, stability, and a foundation for a better future.
MEALS FOR KIDS
We ensure children in La Paz have access to nutritious meals, giving them the energy to learn, grow, and thrive. In 2024, we held 24 Compassion Kitchen Events, feeding thousands of children in need. Every meal served is a step toward a healthier, brighter future.

GENERATIONAL CHANGE THROUGH EDUCATION
Education is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating lasting change. At Honduras Compassion Partners, we invest in students of all ages—equipping them with knowledge, skills, and support that open doors to opportunity.
ADULT HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION PROGRAM
Our Adult High School Diploma Program empowers individuals to take the next step toward self-sufficiency. In 2024, 30 students proudly earned their High School diploma, opening doors to new opportunities and brighter futures.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our Vocational Training Programs equip individuals with the skills they need to build a sustainable future. We offer a diverse range of programs, including vocational English, computer skills, sewing, culinary arts, and business entrepreneurship.
